Siletz Management, LLC

Siletz Management, LLC was purchased in 2017 by the Siletz Tribal Business Corporation from The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians (CTSI) to promote the general economic welfare of the Tribe and its members through real estate management, financial management and other related economic development management services. It currently provides a variety of accounting and property management services to CTSI, the Siletz Tribal Business Corporation and Siletz Tribe Revolving Credit Program and is currently accepting new clients.

Property Management

SMLLC manages eight commercial properties in Lincoln City, Salem, Eugene and Portland, Oregon for both the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians & Siletz Tribal Business Corporation. In several instances, the properties help the Tribe manage operational costs by leasing directly to Tribal programs. They also support the goal to secure the future of the Tribe with a financially sustainable diversified revenue stream.
